I’m not a human

CAPTCHA is a method used to distinguish real users from computer programs. Google’s reCAPTCHA, for example, identifies users by asking them to select specific images.
This book adopts the CAPTCHA format but subverts it by filtering out humans instead of robots. Each CAPTCHA image was processed with Photoshop’s Content-Aware Fill function, rendering it unrecognizable to the human eye. The process involved recording Google search results for the small image rectangles, then randomly generating the correct ‘answer.’ The time it took for the robot to solve each CAPTCHA was also documented.
